However, if everyone, including international customers have doubt on One Dollar Hosting, we strongly recommend to use Paypal.  There is one important reason why we strongly recommend Paypal.

Your money is safe in Paypal. If you have purchased a service on One Dollar Hosting, don’t worry about losing your money. When you want to request a refund, you can contact us by ticket submission to ask for a refund by specifying a reason.

You can also request a refund by using Paypal feature namely DISPUTE. The dispute is available for 180 days. This can be done if a seller is difficult to be reached by you. When you lost contact with the seller, you  can claim your fund where Paypal will try to reach the seller and when the same thing happened, you can get a refund.

Moreover, if you are using other currencies, such as IDR and a refund is conducted, you will get the same amount that you spend on the previous purchase and when the fund reaches your credit card, it will use the same rate on the currency on your previous purchase. Example:

Purchase $100 Currency rate is IDR 13.500. So, you purchase is IDR 1.350.000,00

Refund $100 Currency rate is IDR 13.500 (the same as the purchase). So, your refund is IDR 1.350.000,oo

Meanwhile, if you ask a refund by using a debit card or credit card without using Paypal as the gateway, there is a huge chance that the fund that you receive will be less than you have purchased earlier because the transaction will use present currency rate. Example:

Purchase $100 Currency rate is IDR 13.500. So, you purchase for IDR 1.350.000,00

Refund $100 Currency rate is IDR 13.400 (present currency rate). So, your refund is IDR 1.340.000,oo
