Two people have died and at least 200 people have been injured in an earthquake that shook popular Greek and Turkish holiday destinations around the Aegean Sea. The epicentre of the 6.5-magnitude quake was about six miles south of the Turkish resort of Bodrum and 10 miles east of the island of Kos in Greece, the US Geological Survey said
