Melbourne men fail to keep cases in magistrates court after arguing they should not be treated as terrorism offences

Four Melbourne men accused of supplying guns to the Brighton siege terrorist Yacqub Khayre say their cases should not be treated as terrorism offences since they had no idea how the guns would be used.

George Matte-Hado, Kane Dalrymple, Corey Jarrod Moore and Burak Diler appeared in the Melbourne magistrates court on Monday.
