Wednesday’s arrests in Newport, Wales, bring total number of people apprehended to five
Two more people have been arrested by detectives investigating the Parsons Green London underground bombing, Scotland Yard has said, bringing the total apprehended to five.
The men, aged 48 and 30, were arrested by officers at an address in Newport, Wales. That follows the arrest of a 25-year-old man at a different address in Newport on Tuesday night. Searches at the two addresses were ongoing on Wednesday morning.
