Upper house threatens to censure government leader unless reports into the Powerhouse museum, stadiums and child protection are released

The New South Wales parliament is headed for a constitutional showdown over the Berejiklian government’s refusal to release three crucial reports, despite the upper house ordering their release.

A coalition of minor parties, the NSW opposition and maverick Liberal MLC Matthew Mason-Cox are expected to forces to issue an ultimatum to the government to either release the reports by Wednesday morning or face the expulsion of the leader of the government, Don Harwin, from the chamber.
