London gallery tells visitors how best to enjoy 2019 show devoted to French painter

Tate Modern has promised “slow looking” sessions and bigger labels for an exhibition of paintings by an artist curators believe is best enjoyed if visitors take their time.

The gallery on Monday announced details of one of its big 2019 shows, the first major UK exhibition for 20 years devoted to the vibrant, life-enhancing works of the French artist Pierre Bonnard.
