Campbell County jail in Jacksboro, Tennessee, offers a glimpse of how opioids and methamphetamine are ravaging America. Addiction is driving an increase in the number of women who are incarcerated. Many oin the jail have been arrested on a drug-related charge. They are confined to a cell, often with other addicts, for 23 hours a day and receive no counselling.
