Boris Johnson says Brits don’t want to be saddled with a ‘soft, long bog-roll Brexit’

The UK is not bluffing about walking away from the EU negotiations without a deal, Liam Fox has said, telling the bloc’s leaders it would not be wise to assume it was off the cards.

The trade secretary, speaking on the second anniversary of the Brexit vote, said it was essential the EU believed Britain was serious about the threat to walk away from negotiations.
