Eleven hospitalised including one player, Scott Walker, who suffered damage to knee and hip

Eleven people were taken to hospital after a car collided with them in a car park after a football match, police have said.

South Wales police said a 35-year-old man was arrested following the incident at Cornelly United’s ground in Bridgend on Thursday night. The arrested man, who was held on suspicion of wounding with intent, has since been recalled to prison, police added.
